Who We Are:

  • WE GOT NEXT BASKETBALL CLUB is a Grassroots Girls Basketball traveling program
  • The Club is a member of the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union)
  • We provide opportunities for our youth to showcase their skills and talents throughout the country.
  • Our Coaching Staff and Administrative Support Staff are comprised of former College Coaches, former and current High School Coaches, Club Coaches, Skill Trainers, and a number of others who are committed to helping the program and its participants succeed!
  • e are a program committed to providing quality basketball instruction to young ladies along the Interstate 70 & Interstate 75 Highway (Dayton/Columbus/ Cincinnati, OH and surrounding areas throughout the state of Ohio.

WE GOT NEXT BASKETBALL CLUB prides itself on:

  1. Being a High School & College Prep program – exposing players to the expectations and intensity level required to play at a higher level, teaching them how to make a greater impact on the court in their high school programs and preparing them for playing the game at the next level.
  2. The development of each players overall skill, basketball IQ, athleticism, mental toughness and aggressiveness!
  3. Playing and competing with the strongest competition and best players in the country. We don’t hide, we focus on progression and constantly work to build our players up to measure themselves up
  4. Helping our athletes gain exposure to college coaches across the nation.

WE GOT NEXT Mission:

WE GOT NEXT is an organization that provides youth the opportunity to enjoy the game of basketball by learning how to perform at a highly competitive level. Our goal is to foster growth for ultimate skill development by creating an environment conducive to success. WE GOT NEXT is dedicated to increasing each athlete’s basketball skills through highly intensive training and by teaching the game, not a position to each athlete. We offer programs and trainings that will develop and improve individual as well as team skills, through our intensive basketball training to ensure each participant achieves their goals!

Our Core Philosophies:

  • WE GOT NEXT values quality of coaching over quantity of teams – we won’t simply add teams to accommodate players if we can’t provide quality coaches to coach those teams.
  • We are straightforward and honest – you may not always like what you hear, but it will be honest information that is presented in a direct and fair manner.
  • We will coach and be passionate about it – our coaches will be actively involved in coaching, skill development AND instruction both during practices, skills sessions and tournament play.
  • We teach the game, not a position ….far too often we are finding more and more players having less skill due to being pigeonholed into positions based on height and/or size at an early age. Here at WE GOT NEXT we truly place an emphasis on each athlete’s overall skill development so that they can become the complete basketball player. Simply put “6’0 does not mean you’re a big/post.” and “you can shoot doesn’t mean you’re not going to be made to improve your ball handling and driving abilities!”………..ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE!
